He founded Integrity Solutions Ltd in 1998 and became CEO of the Integrity Group in 2018, overseeing the expansion into IT Delivery Consulting and Technology Solutions. Chris has worked across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices and cosmetic industries, and is proud to be the ISPE GAMP Global Chair and holds positions on the ISPE Foundation.

Paul's 30+ years of experience in the life sciences space covers managing infrastructure, transition, transformation and project and programme teams. He is passionate about building trusted relationships with our clients and has a great enthusiasm and advocacy of new technologies and practices. Paul is also a coach and panel member to several start-ups and charity organisations.

Thana has also recently stepped up to be secretary of the ISPE Global GAMP Steering Committee.

As an industry cross certified professional, Ravinder is focussed on solving multifaceted challenges whilst cultivating strong partnerships with clients to surpass targets within an ever-changing regulated landscape.

With extensive experience and expertise in validating computer systems, particularly SAP environments, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Ross excels in leading teams through complex SAP implementations, driving success through strategic validation leadership.
