Dear Doug,

Now that we've wrapped up our six week training project, I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how happy we are with the results. I should also add that your charges were most reasonable, compared to what we had shopped around for. In these times of strict budget maintenance that factor was a big plus in our deciding to choose Data Integrity.

This letter itself is an example of how even I can now find my way around in our new Local Area Network software. That's thanks to the classes given by your staff.

I think the real secret was your preliminary research work to check out just where each one of our fifty employees were in terms of their personal computer expertise. As you know, that knowledge ranged from a few who thought a mouse could also double as a TV clicker, to others who were already extremely proficient from prior exposures. By keeping the classes small you were able to tailor the delivery so that everyone got maximum benefit from the time and money spent.

Finally, let me say that you and your staff made the whole experience fun as well as rewarding. Initially, not everyone was looking forward to six weeks of being cooped up in a room for computer training. You, Lou, Robin and the others who made presentations at various stages kept the atmosphere lively as well as informative.
